Return & Refund Policy

At Ms.HairCollection, we take pride in providing high-quality hair products. Due to the nature of our products, we have a strict return policy.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only.

To qualify for a return:

• Hair must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
• Bundles must remain in original packaging
• Hair must have original tags and security seals fully intact
• No cutting, coloring, bleaching, or chemical processing

If the product has been opened, installed, brushed out, or tampered with in any way, it will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

After 7 days from the delivery date, all sales are final.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method once the product has been inspected and confirmed to meet our return requirements.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
